HGP gives you +1 Talent, which is a LOT worse than -1 Drone!
When you cross the 2nd Bureaucracy warning, one B-drone becomes a super B-drone which counts for -2 talents!
And since HGP gives +1 Talent, in bases with 2 pop, it's the same having HGP or NO HGP, since you still need -2 drone!

I knew that many players used synthmetal probe teams as defenders, but I wasn't aware that they had to be the ONLY defender in the square so that it could work: otherwise it's the other units that will always take the shots, and when the last defender except the probe team is killed, the probe will be killed with it!
You are avantaged somewhat in this new reload, because it seems to me that my artillery inflicted 2x less damage...
Also, why do you always choose the turn to strike when I'm the less prepared to defend?
