I have been accused of spouting tree-crazy prattle. My intent is to guard, understand, and preserve Planet's native life. It is customary to remit me a small ecology tax for the services my forces provide in preserving and cataloguing Planet's native life. Until now I have generously waived this tax in deference to our Pact.

A decade ago a Gaian rover fell through a dimensional rift that brought about an unplanned exploration of Peacekeeper territory. Gaians were shocked and dismayed to learn that their Pact-Brothers had been silent with regard to the important matter of their discovery as the Manifold Nexus. Contemplating how it could benefit our environmental initiatives, I decided that our occupation and study of the Nexus was necessary. We are now ready to proceed!

You and your Peacekeepers have been found to be in contravention of the Planetary Ecology Code. To wit, your Free Market Economy will surely result in senseless destruction and will surely cause irreparable harm to Planet's ecology. I have instructed my Environmental Police to see that no such harm to Planet be allowed. They have assembled the assets required to launch a marine amphibious assault in combination with close air support with the aim of landing a Gaian Expeditionary Force of occupation on your shores. Phase 1 is complete and U.N. Headquarters is ours.

Your Pact with the Peacekeepers has triggered a state of vendetta between us. If this is your intent then so be it. War it is. OTOH, if this was the doing of some miss-guided or over-ambitious subordinate then there is yet time to repair our diplomatic status. I will hold my Environmental Police in check for a period as I await hearing more from you on your intent. Keep in mind that your Free Market Economy is an affront to Planet and that a Green Economy would bring about a long lasting friendship between us.

You are to be commended for remaining neutral in this Gaian-PK conflict. Keep in mind that your Free Market Economy is an affront to Planet as well, and that a Green Economy would bring about a long lasting friendship between us. With your excellent economy, a switch to Green would have minimal impact on your output.
