{Edit: The way I see it, either we really go for it, pact-wise, or we just try to weasel our own ways to the top. My impression is that we'd best go for door number one. Perhaps we can agree to negotiate our perma-pact every ten years or so? If this is too organized for everyone, that's acceptable too. -S }
