Serious thread to encourage old posters to come back.

And good to see you CyberShy!

This site is more like a museum with an attached old people's home, but I hope it stays online many more years. By now Apolyton is really a piece of Internet history, this has got to be one of the oldest continuously existing gaming sites on all of Internet.

How come I can browse old timers until I log in then it disappears? Feels the wrong way round and I spent ages looking for my password as the email address I'd used was long gone

Because Buster's Uncle added people manually, and it seems like he didn't remove visibility to guests.

I'm sorry to say, but there's a massive syntax error in the thread title.

Since when has a serious thread on ACS been enough of a reason to have old-timers return?

I'd rather suggest another awakening of Teh Ottok or something else along those lines. Well, maybe even just having our own Aristotle Onassis return would suffice.
