Address the issue or turn a blind eye? Rewarding spam is not a good plan. In fact some believe that punishment should follow found instances of it.

I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.Comment

Higher post count equals higher title ranking.
Linking in time that a poster has been a member of Apolyton to their title progession would diminish spam.
The idea is to reach a happy medium in which posting is encouraged but not altogether rewarded for having done so in a releatively short amount of time. For those that feel that they have been wronged by such a suggested system they could petition for a title change from a member of the staff.Comment

Well that sort of makes sense - the longer the site is in existance - and the longer people are members - the more Dieties there will be.
Simple maths really IMO.
So are we now saying that new members are not as valuable as old timers - and so must be placed under different rules, so as to hold them back from attaining the same "lofty heights" as the Ol' boys?

Personally, I dont see why a post cou nt would bother anyone, it doesn't bother me, I simply occasionally post here or there..an occasional debate and assistance where required, a slight banter on a highly debateable subject.
This should be an issue where it doesnt bother people, as for title, what kind of title would be acceptable in this case?
