That's because Apolyton seems to default to Greek encoding now. That is, it's serving pages as ISO-8859-7 rather than Western European ISO-8859-1. (This need only make sense to MarkG)

I think eastern standard is one hour later and pacific is two hours earlier.
From west to east its:
Pacific time, mountain time, central time(Chicago) and eastern standard time.Long time member @ Apolyton
