As a lifelong Rams fan I couldn't agree less.

There are many reasons to dislike the 49ers:

Decades long domination of the NFC West
Yankee Factor: They spent more than everyone else before the cap (except the Cowboys)
MAGA Bosa
Kyle Shanahan's stupid face
Kyle Shanahan's stubborn belief in his genius-ness
Overall luckiness (Purdy, McCaffery trade, that ridiculous catch last weekend)
They beat the Lions, who we all wanted to see win a SB

I could go on, but you get the idea...

Agreed. I already think Pat is probably the best to ever do it. Brady had a better career, but nobody has ever played the position like Mahomes.

Agreed. He has a dodgy supporting cast this year, but a significantly better defense.
This team is battle-tested, and they have smoothly shifted into high gear over the past month.

Betting against Mahomes is literally the same as betting against Brady -- a fool's errand. You just don't do it. He's an inspirational leader with an amazing mental and athletic skillset. And yeah, this should cement KC as a dynasty.

I'm shocked they are +1.5 underdogs.

You don't need good coaches when you have on offense like SF. McCaffrey alone could beat a garbage team like KC.

On paper, SF has a big advantage at WR and RB. I'm rooting for them. If Purdy doesn't wilt, they could pull it off.

Greenlaw tore his achilles running onto the field. Not your normal entrance, he was kneeling on the sideline and launched upward rather violently to both feet and toppled. You could see his leg give out.
