          • Draft Retrospective
Looking back, I think I made only 4 good draft picks. My top three picks were near complete failures: Mahomes disappointed, J Taylor was injured half the year, Aaron Jones was injured almost the entire year. TJ Hockenson at 4 turned out well. 5th pick, Tee Higgins was mostly injured. 6th pick, Dameon Pierce was a complete bust. I had a big win with Deebo Samuel at 7, but he was also injured for a number of games. I drafted my defensive players too soon and Rojuan Smith underperformed compared to the previous year. Brian Robinson jr at 10 was decent. My only other notable pickup after that was Zay Flowers at 17.

The credit for my limited success goes mostly to Kyrie Williams, who I picked up early on and played him every game.

Well ****. Your bad feelings > my theories about old person paranoia.

Thank you everyone. An exciting finish to an interesting season.

yeah thats a rough stretch of picks

I picked defenders way too soon. Wont happen again, they're an afterthought like kickers

Pretty hard to predict injuries (although Taylor's was known before the draft, which was why he was a 3rd-rounder).
I remember thinking you made a good calculated risk on that, but we were both wrong.
As far as defense goes, it was a pretty bad year overall, with only a couple outstanding individuals at each position. Hey, at least you had Oluokun, easily the top LB!

all seemingly in the AFC and NFC south conferences... they suck

TB wins they're in, they lose and ATl and NO winner is in
