Philly drafted Foles in 2012, 3rd round. Sat as a rookie.
He won the starting job and had a Pro Bowl year under Chip Kelly in 2013.
He got injured a few games into 2014.
Philly traded him to St. Louis for Sam Bradford in 2015. He started 11 games and went 4-7, losing his job to Case Keenum.
In 2016, he was a back-up in KC while Wentz was a rookie starter in Philly.
Philly re-signed him this year as a (well-paid) insurance policy, because he knew the offense and to mentor Wentz.
