According to the way the rule is written, if he had not moved his head (a "directed motion") it would have been a good goal. It's just like when they use a kicking motion to direct it into the net and they call it a bad goal.

Back to NHL talk - Hawks win again in OT (still unbeaten during playoffs, but I don't want many OT games) to even the series. Back to best of three with both teams already proving they can win on the road. What a great series, as is the one in the other conference.
