If we use IDP BAPAY, the next DB is DeAngelo Hall. DST Rules have Cyprien. Hall had 3 TDs last year, so his ranking is a bit inflated.Comment

Seems fine if DB is the choice, but Ben noted that list is old. Given what's happened on the board (20 QBs already gone and three teams still without a QB2), I would suggest Carson Palmer, Tannehill, Alex Smith, or Sam Bradford. All infinitely preferable to Manziel, and more valuable than the DB13 that is DeAngelo Hall.

Unless Manziel is tearing up the league by the time Stafford goes on bye/gets injured.
Sloww was big on RG3 as a rookie (but I stole him and it was funny). Could be he knows what he was doing taking Manziel.
Though certainly those aren't parallel cases.
