So the NCAA has revoked most of the penalties for Penn State, including the bowl ban. So they'll be eligible for bowl games this season. I guess the B1G could use all the help it can get...

I don't think the DP should be given unless it's an extreme case of an entire football program being corrupt and violating NCAA rules, a la SMU. As awful as the Sandusky story is, it's more about the university administration being horrifically negligent, less about the football program.
