If he found God, then perhaps he could share His location with the rest of us? I'm sure a lot of us have questions we'd love to ask, if we had just one question...<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.

Tim Tebow has himself a (serious) fan in Chuck Norris
In the latest example of why the Internet is the best thing ever, the world now has possession of a 1,463-word manifesto by Chuck Norris expressing his admiration and respect for Tim Tebow. Yup. Urlacher > Singletary IMHO.
His physical skills were FAR greater. Singletary was smaller and slower, and a liability in coverage. At 6'4" and 258#, Urlacher is one of the few MLBs in history who could consistently cover the deep middle of the field. It has been said that he redefined the position within the Tampa-2 defense. Singletary was more of a run-stuffer. Part of this is scheme-related (46 defense vs. Tampa-2), but it's not like Urlacher was a slouch at the point of attack. He is the team's all-time leader in tackles.
Tough to compare statistics, as tackles, pass coverage and forced fumbles were not kept officially for most of Singletary's era. Both were true warriors on the field, but for his 3-down abilities and overall athletic prowess, Urlacher brings more to the table than Singletary.Apolyton's Grim Reaper 2008, 2010 & 2011

Yes, agreed. Too bad there's no official "crazy-eyes" stat.Apolyton's Grim Reaper 2008, 2010 & 2011

Singletary is the most overrated LB in the Bears' history. He was good, but good as a part of a really really really good team. Urlacher was on some bad teams and some good teams, and was good year in and year out for over a decade. He combined physical skill with mental - he was regarded as being an excellent quarterback of the defense, similar to Ray Lewis; both defenses will suffer greatly for losing the two, regardless of their physical talents failing them. He was one of the two or three best coverage MLBs in the Superbowl era. He could cover tight ends with no problem, even the highly skilled ones, and his ability to get from one end of the field to the other in almost no time meant the Bears could leave him with a huge amount of field he was responsible for, allowing their other players to play more aggressively (Charles Tillman? Mike Brown? Both far better players for him). That, and leading the always-defensive-minded Bears in total tackles... first ballot HoF along with Ray. Ray was a fiercer player, but Brian might have been actually better.<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.

However, Singletary was a great Defensive QB of a Superbowl winning team, not to mention one of the greatest defenses of all time.Founder of The Glory of War, CHAMPIONS OF APOLYTON!!!
