The only hole he has is WR/RB because he's not drafted a seventh player yet. He has a QB that can score at the top of the charts when he's healthy, the top RB in the game, a RB that was a first round pick last year prior to injury (an injury that shouldn't affect him this year), two very talented WRs both clearly in the top 20 and capable of top 10 numbers if healthy, and the top TE in the game. Assuming he's not an idiot (and past history would suggest I'm right there) and drafts another QB relatively soon, I think his team is the clear #1 choice. CW's team is solid and will play well, but Arian Foster alone makes Zopp's team on top, plus I like some of his other choices more as well.

He has the all-injury team.

He needs a QB2, because Vick is THE worst starting QB. Graham's not going to have another year like the last one he had.

He has Marshall (huge question marks), and he plays for the Bears. Since when did the Bears have a top WR? Ever? Plus he has the 2nd best WR on the Giants.

Sure, if the stars align, he could do well, but Coldwiz just has the stronger team.

He recovered from awful luck on Manning with some matchup luck (much higher record than points scored should indicate.) This sort of thing happens all the time. The only good metric to judge someone's play is to average their performances in multiple leagues over multiple seasons to iron out the idiosyncratic luck. That's a metric by which Z does quite well; I'm pretty sure he wins about 60% of his games over the long haul.

Absolutely he won. But not on the strength of his early picks. Only Gore panned out, (1/7) picks.

Therefore his prowess last year has no bearing on his team so far this year.

He saved his season with picks 8-12 (Stafford, Stewart, Gonzalez, Smith), all of whom ended up starting the majority of the year for him. That, plus Antonio Brown gave him a chance. But even then, he was an underdog vs you and an underdog vs Guynemer in the finals.

Personally, I'd be watching for his middle round picks not the early ones for assessing his team strength, but then I don't know why I'm giving away my observations here.

I was banned for 6 months, I had time to sift through all this stuff.

I'll be the last to deny that I was extremely fortunate last season.

I've been at this for 9 years (this will be my 10th season). In 25 leagues, I have 17 top 3 finishes with 7 wins (interestingly enough, I've never finished 4th). Will this be another successful season or the 9th time that I completely miss the mark? We'll see, but either way, I'll compete till the end.

The Ryan pick was the only one I think was weak - you could have gotten Ryan about where the Mannings were.
