Pretty good week for me. I lose in FFZ, but win in AFC league, win tiebreaker against JR in confidence pool (only off by one point on last nights score) and win in Salary Cap (not often I do that).

By scoring more than the other team you're playing?

Seriously, though, not only am I 2-3 with an above average score (6th, which is technically above average ) but there are TWO other 2-3 teams above me. On the other hand there is 4-1 Flash with basically the same total, and 3-2 Dreadnoughts with ten points over the bottom total in the league. Bleck.

And as a note, the Bears D is over 20% of my total scoring in D/ST...

Yeah, Bears D has been incredible. Their *worst* week was Wk2 vs Green Bay, and they still got 23 pts. Been over 50 twice, 40+ another time.

I suspect defenses are slightly overpowered in these settings.

Actually, the Bears D in ESPN (basically, 'standard' scoring) have 95 points through 5 weeks, average of 19 a game. Given our scoring is roughly double to a bit over double ESPN, that's right in line (we give them a bit over 200 points). Think of it this way - in ESPN , 95 would beat 6 of the 10 teams in my league this week;in our league, 215 would beat 8 of the 12 teams. Pretty much comparable.

Any one know whats going on with the Arizona backfield? They have had alot of injuries leading up to the game against the Bills this week and the the Bills are #30 against the rush.

The Arizona backfield is a disaster. They will be starting a 4th-stringer, who will share time with the likes of LaRod Stephens-Howling.

I don't care who they are playing -- stay away.
