Ben, please read the rules. Carefully. They are on the first page of this thread. Post any questions or complaints in your rules thread. I will try to answer them patiently.

Just for the record: CW, Zopp, Sparrow and snoop (maybe more by the time I post this) all had it right. Somehow, in the face of all this, including multiple quotes of a rule that not even Ben claimed was unclear, he couldn't even man up and admit that he was wrong.

It seems pretty clear to me that, not only has Ben not read the rules, but he won't even acknowledge them when confronted with them. Ben, you may not like the rule, but that does not make it any less a rule. Please stop disrupting the draft over imagined slights. I take particular issue with two things:
1) your posting of a draft list with my pick deleted. That was uncalled for and misleading.
2) your implication that I was somehow manipulating the draft to my own advantage.

Since JR is administering the BAPAY, I don't think he should also get to help himself to Tulloch. I don't like that.

First - The BAPAY would be the same no matter who administered it. Knowing he was golfing, I posted who it would be nearly 3 hours before Berz's time was up.
Second - BEN, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO POSTED BERZ'S BAPAY PICK, YOU DISINGENUOUS JERK.

The fact that Stephen Tulloch fell to me is totally coincidental. As well you know. Had Berz returned later and I had already picked, I would have been in the same boat as the other managers who picked after Berz and would not have had a chance at Tulloch. The only difference would have been that I wouldn't have created several hours of unnecessary drama over it.

Where did I say I felt that you were slighting me? I never said anything of the sort. I simply said that I was concerned that you awarded yourself the BAPAY. I do not like the timing of it, but I am satisfied that it did not alter the draft in any fashion.
