Strongly agree. We had a "list" incident last year.
If you send a list, you should be prepared to live with the resulting pick.
If you have someone's list and are unsure of the instructions, don't post it.

Once someone else picks afterward (in this case, Tuberski), the pick stands. A card laid is a card played.
OTOH, a standard BAPAY can be changed.
(Ben, I know you oppose this notion. If you feel a need to rant, please take it to your rules thread.)

What I mean, Ben, is that your post immediately following the pick - 'I hope that's what you want...' - indicated you weren't sure (and ultimately did change the pick, I note). If you're not sure (about intent, list length, whatever), then you're better off asking first, and delaying the draft a couple of hours...
