I don't think you're being picked on, Tuber. The same time limit is in effect for all. Lists exist for anyone's use. At this point especially, a BAPAY is likely fine anyway.
In fact, I've used lists almost exclusively just to make a point about leaving lists. I've sat and watched while someone used a list that I left.

I know I'm not being picked on. But, I am frustrated how it's working out.

and if you wanna change the recent bapays go ahead

Via PM, I've reminded Tuber that he can, by rule, pull back his two most recent BAPAYs (both are defenders) and replace them with any currently available player. And I've encouraged him to so (since he has absolutely no depth ar WR/RB).

I won't make my next pick until he responds, or until he leaves for work tomorrow. So stand down, everyone.

Quick reminder: If this does happen, all rosters remain frozen (unlike the D/ST league). So Terrell Thomas and Stephen Tulloch may become available, but not to those who have made intervening picks.
