I could be hallucinating it, but I believe we were using FAAB or similar waiver wire (as opposed to straight pickups). Yahoo! doesn't make it terribly easy to see that setting, I don't believe.
Edit: Ah, it would be in the Waiver Type. So at the moment we're using waivers, but not FAAB (so it's not first-to-pick).<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.
