I'd also like to see Chicago in the Eastern Division but that won't happen. Regardless of which way they go the Detroit-Chicago rivalry gets screwed. But all the old rivalries are pretty much dead anyway. Option 3 seems the best but let Winnipeg go to the Pacific Division.Comment

Well, they could do a MLB-style "Wales/Campbell" conference set-up, with east and west divisions in each league. I don't actually care much. Same division as Detroit is my preference for Chicago.
