[Ben Kenobi]

Ben Kenobi vs Berzerker:

Yahoo: 133.98 Ben - 127.27 Berz

Philip Rivers and Rodgers both at 30 points? That's rather hard to understand. I believe Rivers and Rodgers will be closer to 40, especially given Rivers' weak matchup against the Chiefs.

Charles + Best vs Jackson + Harrison. Jackson vs the imploding Cards and Harrison vs the Bucs have better matchups, and should earn a few points in my favour.

TE - Gates vs Witten. Yahoo has Witten as the slight favourite, but I have to go with Gates.

WR - Colston/Driver/Collie vs Marshall/Cribbs/Knox I really don't see any of Berz's players will match up and Knox is a real weakness for Berz.

Kickers/Defense. Even. I think Berz will get his defense sorted out on the waiver wire. Right now, it's not very strong. He just doesn't have the depth.

My prediction: 145 Ben - 138 Berz


Snoopy vs EPW:

Yahoo: 153.32 - 128.89

Flacco vs Manning. I'm not sure why Flacco is rated so low against the NYJ. I believe Flacco will get 30, while Manning will be closer to 25. Edge, Flacco.

Deshean/Austin vs Moss/Ochocinco.

I personally don't like Moss but Desean has a tough matchup. Cincy/Patriots will be a shootout. I like Moss/Ochocinco to have a decent night. Even.

Rice/Greene/Williams vs Johnson/Stewart/Brown.

This is an interesting matchup. Brown vs Williams, both who are expected to do well. I believe that Williams will get most of the carries this week, against the woeful Buffalo run D. Even so, it's not going to be enough to catch Chris Johnson. Edge, EPW.

Kicker/Defense.

Edge Snoopy. Pollard, Atogwe, Peppers against Morrison and Willis. Not sure why Dawkins is so highly rated.

My prediction: 145-142, Snoopy.


JR vs Slowwy:

Yahoo: 139.83 - 121.72

I'm really not sure why Yahoo has slowwy's team ranked so low this week. Matt Ryan at 21.33? Because we all know how well the Steelers Pass defense has been? Try 31, and we'll be getting closer. Favre at 25.77 is a bit low too. Edge, JR.

Boldin/Ward vs Johnson/Bowe.

Bowe getting 10.21? Do these people know that the Chargers had one of the better pass defenses last season? Edge, Slowwy

Gore/Forte/Spiller vs Mendenhall/Benson/Bradshaw.

Spiller getting 10 points against the Miami d? This one is all about the flex. Bradshaw has a great night to put Slowwy over. Edge, Slowwy.

Defense/K

Williams/Ruud/Ware is better than the no-name defense. I actually like Smith better than any of the other defense for JR.

Slowwy in an upset. 138-135.


Jag vs Koya

Yahoo: 159.55 vs 149.25

Palmer vs Brees, goes to Bresus who will put up the difference. Jag.

MJD/Grant/Addai vs Jones/Foster.

I really like the RBs that Koya has. This shouldn't even be a contest. Not sold on the Arian Foster hype. Koya

Fitz/Berrian vs Wayne/Harvin/Jennings. Interesting matchup between Harvin and Berrian, but Jag has much better WRs and Fitz has no one to through to him anymore. Jag.

Defense/K:

Branch/Beason/Greenway are a dominant defense, which will tip the scales further in favour of Jag.

Jag wins 150-135.


Tuberski vs Coldwizard

Yahoo: 141.94 - 134.22

Brady vs Schaub. This is a really good matchup. Two shootouts, they will put up lots of points. Even.

Johnson/Smith vs White/Crabtree. I really don't see Crabtree doing that well and I think Megatron will do a bit better. Edge, Coldwizard.

Turner/Moreno/Jacobs vs Peterson/Bush/Barber. This isn't even close. Not really sold on Bush or Barber, but AP is enough for CW to win.

Defense:

Weddle/Allen/Harris/Posluzny? Heck of a d. Vs Woodson? No contest.

Hate to agree, but I think Yahoo has this one right. 142-132 for Coldwizard.


Zopper vs Guy:

Yahoo - 163.46 vs 135.59

I have a starting lineup of

Romo,DeAngelo,Cadillac,Leshaun,Smith,Owens,Shianco e for Zopper. That still leaves him 30 points short for blowout of the week.

Peyton Manning vs Romo, Manning should put up 50.

DeAngelo/Cadillac/LeShaun vs Mathews/Thomas/Sproles. Have to give the edge to Zopper. Mathews AND Sproles? That's really going to hurt Guynemer running behind the worst line in existence.

Owens/Smith vs Welker/Garcon. Can't say I'm sold on mister 0 from last year. Even with Welker starting, this is an easy win for Guy.

Defense: Laurinaitis,Demeco,and Osi vs Dansby, Cole and Bell? These are both great defenses. Even.

Prediction: Guy 155-140. Not as much a blowout as predicted, but Guy should still win.

No way. You must have been smoking some of Sloww's stuff.

Jaguar's RB corps of Beanie Wells, Arian Foster, and Felix Jones is risky. Guy has the opposite problem... his WR's suck: Wes Welker, Pierre Garcon, and Chris Chambers Hell, Guy's RB corps isn't really good with a rookie Matthews, the so-so Pierre Thomas, and Sproles and Hightower, two guys who aren't exactly going to rake up touches.

Umm... so then why do you think so highly of Jaguar's and Guy's teams? All their RBs' are time share guys, with the possible exception of Matthews (who makes Sproles useless as anything other than a handcuff)
