    It's always amazing after the playoffs end to learn how injured all the players were playing.

    Ladd was playing with a FRACTURED SHOULDER.

    Really puts other sports to shame with injury tolerance...

      Hawks fans are the smartest because they put two people in the top 3, as opposed to only 0 for Flames fans.

      I was originally going to say Oilers fans, but I've changed my mind.

        Considering that all the talking heads were saying the Hawks needed to make a trade before the deadline if they wanted to win the Cup, I'd say he was more than just adequate

        He did the job and made some great saves when he had to.

        I concur with Teh Flubbs that Keith would've been an excellent choice also. Hell, I'd give it to him just cause he lost the 7 teeth.

        His post-game interviews was the most Canadian I've ever seen a player. Missing 7 teeth and talking with the lisp because of it, yammering on about his youth, etc.
        And yes, it was a great interview. My daughter couldn't stop talking about how hockey is a real sport. She loved the missing teeth and the interview... and was making jokes about how a blister could put a baseball player on the DL
