Oh and some quirky things I noticed

The east and west were exactly opposite each other in the Number seed of the winning teams. In the west it was 1,2,3,and 5 while in the east it was 4,6,7,8. heck Boston never figured to be the home team to start !!

The east carnage has wiped out a good cross section of the picks for conference finalists and only 4 poolies still have an east contender (3 for Pittsburgh and 1 for Montreal)-- Nine picked Washington and it was 3 apiece for NJ and Buffalo.

or perhaps it's the seldom used Ottawa Senators Playoff Pickem rule? Any team that beats the Senators is only worth 1 point for the win?

I don't recall seeing the rule, but would have no problem with it's addition

We could also add a Maple Leafs Playoff Pickem rule, but it would get used even less then the Senator one so why bother.

(I am feeling pretty cocky considering I cheer for the only team Toronto finished ahead of in the standings )
