      Chris Mortensen reports that Chad Pennington will likely miss the rest of the season because of his shoulder injury.

      This will be the third time C-Penn suffers a serious shoulder injury and the end may be nigh for him

                      They come in two flavors, stable (1-2 weeks) and unstable (2-4).
                      I've had one. Took me over a month to walk without pain.

                      Current high ankle sprains I'm aware of:
                      Frank Gore
                      Brian Westbrook
                      Josh Wilson
                      LaDamian Tomlinson

                      I think that's what Terrence McGee aggravated yesterday too, but no announcement.

                            I love watching Marion Barber run. Tonight he sat out. The Cowboys 3rd stringer, Choice had the most carries. 18 carries for 82 yards with a long run of 10. He had 1 TD. Very good, especially for 3rd string.
                            Felix Jones had 8 carries for 94 yards, the longest run for 40 yards. So that leaves 7 carries for 54 yards. 7.7 yards per carry on those 7.
                            What I'm getting to here is that Romo really doesn't have to carry the weight like so many, including him, thinks he does.
                            When Barber is back, this running game is going to explode. Damned Felix Jones is fast. I didn't realize, really, until tonight. Then there's still Choice. I like what they have at RB.
