If your intention is to clear space in the OTF by getting rid of all the Misc subfora, this makes perfect sense, both in terms of layout aesthetic and site earchitecture. But if you're keeping either of the other 2 subfora (Tech and Closed Threads), you're better off leaving it where it is.
