Not necessarily accurate though. I expect Croatia will have a tough time against Poland, and if Poland can cause an upset there they have a good chance of surviving the group. Croatia is still the favourite IMO, but not nearly by that large a margin.

Poland may cause some surprises, but you gotta admit, it's still the group which seems to be the most obvious.

Not by a long stretch. Group C is the most obvious: the Netherlands suck balls right now and would be lucky to get ANY points (especially with both Robben and Van Persie injured), and Romania is pretty decent (better than they've been in years) but not good enough to beat France or Italy. Unless Van Basten can produce a miracle and completely turn the team around in a few days, the only question is going to be who will win the group between France and Italy.

In Group B OTOH, like I said, Croatia may find a tough opponent in Poland. If they bring anything other than their best game there's a good chance they'll spill points, which could very well end up costing them the group.

BTW, my Spain - Sweden selection was a bit off. I expect Spain to win the group, and Sweden come second.

In poker, high-low is when you can win either by having the best hand, or the worst; each shares half of the pot. As you are permitted to declare a different hand for high and low (in most high low games you have more than 5 cards), the ultimate goal is to do both (usually by a low card straight most commonly).
