I forgot one of the key rules in auctions - don't go for the top couple of hitters or pitchers unless they are near or below your valuations, because they are usually overpriced - and thus watched Sabathia ($20) go for well below Beckett and Bedard I actually don't regret Dice-k as much, because he is a pretty good combination of K's and W's and his era/whip aren't a concern for me with my other quality pitchers; it was Beckett/Bedard that did me in. (I actually thought Beckett was underpriced at the time, but ... no, no he wasn't.)
