Finland or USA... it's a tough choice. I'm not sure which opponent is better for Russia.
But I think I will cheer Finland in this game.

Good game. I actually didn't see it, since I actually attended a student drinking fest, and I had to run from boat to boat to drink. We got these river boats and they're all bars, there's many of them so I had to drink one beer in all of them to finish the task
Anyway, I got to see the last period, and of course overtime and penalty shots. It was all about the goalies.. first.. what? 4 tries by both denied. or even 5? the goalies were definitely doing their best. But we got lucky and were able to take the win.
So, it'll be Russia vs Finland. Either way I'm pretty happy. I usually root fanatically our team, but I figured before these games started that Russia has a great team and they really really want to win so... but of course I hope we win. But even if we don't, it doesn't matter. Russia has a great team so it's a deserving team, I think they might go all the way and it would be refreshing, since no home team has won these games since 1986... I like seeing the Russian team sacrificing a lot, playing with a team, because it always has the skill but sometimes it just kind of falls apart. Now it doesn't look that way to me. It looks really strong, definitely the favourites for the gold.
So, it'll be a good game

Got to give a big for the US team too - that one could have gone either way; a real thriller, both teams gave it their all.
A pleasure to watch hockey like that. Especially when Finland wins, of course.
