Lorizael something I taught my students about the English language when requesting something, the use of the word demand is not always taken so well. Demanding something of me? Sorry bro, my wife can't even make demands of me. So demand all you want, your better off making requests. As said before, this is the internet and officially you have no authority over me to make any demands. Repercussions for not agreeing to your demands...ban me? ****, I am so frightened. You have to have leverage to make a demand. I have followed Apolyton for a long time as a source of Civ information, I just recently have gotten onto the forums as something to do when I have down time at work.
Section 8 does say the gov can set uniform law for naturalization, what it does not say is that the gov can and will allow foreign nationals to maintain a domicile and lifestyle without proper documentation. Naturalization is the acquisition of citizenship of a nation not of ones birth. Willfully allowing unlawful entry and unlawful settling of non-naturalized persons is not mention, but the term "illegal" pretty much sums up the fact that persons settled inside the borders of the United States without proper documentation are by word of law criminals.
Article VI says that debt from the Confederation are valid to the US, treaties pass are law of the land, judges are bound to those laws, and that you cannot place a test of religion on representatives of the people. So judges are bound to obey the treaties passed by the government, illegal immigrants are to be tried for the crime of illegal entry, failure to produce documents, etc. The oath that representatives of the people take when entering office says they will faithfully discharge the duties of their office, or obey the laws before them and ensure their proper and just pursuit. Illegal entry to the US is illegal by law, and the government is to, by oath of office, ensure their expulsion from within the US borders.
Ask next time *******, maybe you might get a nicer response. And like I said, threat of banning does little to 'shiver me timbers', no one gives a **** but when you get a gun pointed at you in anger a threat of being banned from a website carries so little weight.
