    Irony:

    The new Civ site that is to focus on on-topic issues has an off-topic forum that has attracted about five times as many posts as the busiest on-topic forum.

    Add their off-topic forum to their feedback/community forum (basically, another off-topic), and off-topic posts are a grand total of 75% of all posts on the website.
