He didn't _attack_ her racial identity. He pointed out that she has repeatedly switched what she says she is based upon what is most advantageous to her at the time. That is an entirely fair thing to point out because it points out her dishonesty and fakeness.
Just like Kamala lies in 2020 trying to claim she went to a newly desegregated school when she wasn't. I don't expect the accusations against ABC to lead to anything more than that story. either they're true and the networks will close ranks and circle wagons to protect ABC from blowback or they are false and nobody who carried the story will ever retract it.Comment

An unreleased affidavit with the notary signature/info redacted isn't evidence of anything. It was supposed to be released days ago but still hasn't been.
