  • More Maga Conspiracy nonsense.
People voted... their votes were counted... And the people that got the most electoral votes won.
    FACT.
    Both were legitimate winners.
What was illegal was Trumps MANY attempts to subvert the will of the people.
But I'm sure you will keep defending him while posting all the conspiracy theories you see on line that are in his favor and against the Dems.
For somebody who claims he didn't vote for Trump, you seem to be his biggest defender.
    Keep on Civin'

    • The Twitter Files are available for everyone to read and that was just the tip of the iceberg, Democrats used the government and social and news media platforms to spy on and/or silence political opponents and critics and hide the truth about the Biden family. Welcome to our banana republic.

under the electoral college that doesn't really matter. its up to each state to establish the ground rules for how its electors are chosen and up to each state to determine if its self established rules for choosing the electors were respected. This a problem that was just as real when Trump was elected in 2016. Also when Trump attempted to prod Ukraine into pursuing investigations into the Biden family surely you could recognize that this would be at least as illegitimate as the censoring of the political opponents that you're citing here. Especially since the censoring, while corrupt, was ultimately the responsibility of private non-government actors. Can you name a single instance where the government directly censored a private citizen? Can you name a single instance where the government covered up for Biden by silencing any private citizen?

        • Trump was impeached for telling Ukraine to look at why Biden fired the prosecutor investigating his son's company. What Trump did was self-serving but Biden did fire the prosecutor investigating Burisma and he used our taxes as the bribe. Ukraine didn't want to fire Shokin, Biden and Burisma did and the latter was bribing the former, or do we call that peddled influence. That was in 2019 when Zelensky took office, the year before in 2018 Senate Democrats told Ukraine to investigate Trump over Russiagate accusations - the Clinton campaign Steele dossier etc all designed to smear Trump as a traitor. How could those Senate Democrats who agreed with pressuring Ukraine to investigate Hillary's lies about Trump vote to convict him? They could but it would stink to high heaven.

No, I don't equate censorship with Trump telling Ukraine to investigate why Biden fired their prosecutor.

Joe Biden's campaign told 50 Intel experts to sign onto a letter dismissing it as lies so Joe could cite them in debates with Trump, the CIA was involved with that too. The government cant censor people via private actors, they're no longer private but work for the state and they were getting paid to censor people.

Berz it takes more than some non zero level of unconstitutional coercion of private speech to make an election "illegitimate". Way the hell more.

Furthermore, Hunter Biden's laptop was arguably still Hunter's property which he was presumably not claiming because he didn't want to incriminate himself. The FBI got a warrant to seize it from the guy who possessed it after that guy claimed he had earlier tried to hand the 'evidence' over to them anyway. pretty disingenuous to characterize that as taking the laptop from its owner.

            • You wanted a single instance but now a 5th circuit ruling the censorship was systemic ain't enough? After Trump got elected Democrats hauled social media CEOs in to explain why they let Russia steal the election. Ignoring the responses congressional Democrats demanded censorship... more censorship. Unless the contract Hunter signed was illegal it belonged to the repairman and the FBI took it and told him to keep quiet and they kept quiet while the CIA and 50 Intel experts in unison with media censorship of stories about it rigged the election. But no, the real sin is Trump wanted Ukraine to investigate why Joe fired their prosecutor. By God that's impeachable.

You really need to cut back on the Kool-Aid, Berz. You seem to believe that Joe Biden personally fired Ukraine's prosecutor from his VP seat, and you act like this is a proven fact. I call BS.

You're also putting WAY too much faith into a censorship ruling by the 5th Circuit (Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi) decided by a panel of 3 GOP-nominated judges.

It's part of the GOP's technique of targeting laws by judge-shopping -- filing often-dubious lawsuits in courtroom venues with only one judge, whom you know is sympathetic to your case, even if the case happened in Iowa, and the complainant is using a "recommended" lawyer from out of state who knows that the sympathetic, Trump-appointed judge is in Amarillo. So that's where he files the case. This end-run around will of the people is a favored technique being used routinely by conservatives since Biden's election.

I know it's pretty damned easy to act all high and mighty, saying "the Biden admin has lost another 1st Amendment case, they must be censoring everything now!" But the fact is, any hack lawyer bringing, say, an anti-abortion case to a federal court district with only one judge -- a very accommodating, very helpful judge out in Bum****, Idaho.

The fact that it takes endless appeals over (usually) multiple years to put things right - or get it to the Supremes - is a problem. But it doesn't mean the 5th Circuit free speech case you're so enamored of is anything more than just another political play. Hell, when he ruled on mifepristone, the judge (same guy, Kasmaryk) struck down parts of the law that were never mentioned in the actual case.

            • Defending Trump yet again... but you never address his attack on our constitution and his attempts to overturn a legal election.
You never mention how media like Fox News spread his election lies and helped set up his and his allies attacks on election officials, putting their lives in danger. You never mention how he he has been found guilty in multiple trials... and still faces multiple criminal charges.

It was a fair election. Trump lost. And when NOBODY could find ANY PROOF of all his claims of voter fraud, now it's deep state this and media that. What's next on your list... God made Trump lose? Oh that's right, now Trump claims that he is like Jesus.
You never seem to attack the right media for supporting all the QANON and other conspiracies... heck, some moron even attacked a pizza parlor because he believed the crap coming from the alt right.
Media on both sides showed their biases... But continue watching all your conspiracy videos and defend all of Trumps illegal activities.

the Right media is basically just talk radio, Fox and a few low circulation publications. Every other US news outlet is overtly sympathetic to the Democrats on every topic and every issue that ever divides Democrats and Republicans. Not even Fox and as it happens not even Trump himself backed the QANON insanity. QANON's support seemed to be pure grass roots and a few minor commentators looking to expand their dedicated audience.

And Tucker Carlson pushed many of the wack job conspiracy theories in the most watched cable news show.
Some Republicans repost their nonsense and support their views.

The majority of the complaints are related to a 2020 viral video where Scotland’s leader went on an anti-white rant. Humza Yousaf’s speech received more complaints than JK Rowling’s tweets about transgenderism.'

lol, hate crime/speech laws will need to be selectively enforced
