Whether charges are brought are based on whether prosecutors think they have enough evidence to get a conviction. Body language and tone in a video is open to OPINION.
And more than a couple of dozen of people have been charged... Basing you "opinion/estimate" on simply those that were arrested for attacking cops is just silly considering others were arrested for other crimes.

It was a MAGA crowd. Trump got them there and told them to go down to the capital (at least he wasn't stupid enough to join them, even though he said he would.
Stop blaming it on the Dems or Deep State.
And what Epps did on "film" has NOTHING to do with his defamation suit. It's the claims Fox made that he was an FBI mole or asset that he's suing for.

Epps is arguing the FBI wouldn't hire him with Trump as prez, but the FBI spied on Trump for a year, concocted the kidnapping of the Michigan governor and censored information to help Biden and hurt Trump. I would expect a Proud Boy and ultra Magar to have a basic understanding of the 'conspiracies' they supposedly believe. I imagine Fox's lawyers are searching databases for Epps statements in the past criticizing the FBI. Democrats employed BLM riots to defeat Trump, little is beyond them.

As documented in many places, in 2015/2016 and not in 2019 or later, many people were making statements in 2015/2016 that Shokin was corrupt and should be removed. Biden was a late arrival to calling for Shokin's removal. It is possible that Biden provided the strongest pressure.

Trump is known for doing shady things for his business practices. If Biden, thinking that Trump was likely to be his opponent in 2024, pushed the UK to investigate Trump for dealings related to his resorts in Scotland, would that be acceptable? If Biden told the ministry that if they didn't publicly launch investigations, that he would pull out of five eyes and other treaties with the UK? Would that be worthy of impeachment?

Section Chief of the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force Laura Dehmlow participated in a transcribed interview before the House Judiciary Committee and its Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government on Monday and revealed details of how the bureau "conditioned" social media companies to believe the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation, despite knowing it was legitimate.

In a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray on Thursday, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, detailed Dehmlow’s testimony, which revealed that after the initial New York Post story on the Hunter Biden laptop in October 2020, the FBI "made an institutional decision to refuse to answer direct questions from social media companies about the laptop’s authenticity — despite months of constant information sharing up to that time."

"Put simply, after the FBI conditioned social media companies to believe that the laptop was the product of a hack-and-dump operation, the Bureau stopped its information sharing, allowing social media companies to conclude that the New York Post story was Russian disinformation," Jordan wrote.

Biden started getting $$$ from Burisma in 2014-15 and he met with Burisma mid '15 about 2-3 months after Shokin was hired. By the late fall Shokin was being smeared and he was fired Mar '16 to get a billion $$$ from Biden. Joe wasn't a late arrival to Burisma's money and I wouldn't expect Biden to just show up out of the blue demanding Ukraine fire the prosecutor investigating Hunter's company. That would have been preceded by a smear campaign to A) let Shokin know he's pissing off Biden and B) lay the groundwork for firing him if he ignores the warning. Where is this documentation of people demanding Shokin's removal? Let us follow the $$$. Biden made firing him our policy.
