"As long as he adhered to the terms of his agreement, the gun case was to be wiped from his record. Otherwise, the felony charge carries 10 years in prison."
The judge who delayed Hunter's plea deal will apparently support additional restrictions - drug testing! Now thats gotta hurt
Something very wrong when some people (brown?) get 10 years while others get no time at all for the same or similar 'crime'...

hmm...DoJ prosecutors tell judge the plea deal does not grant Hunter immunity from other prosecutions
Hunter's atty says it does
judge reads deal and says it does and asks why DoJ claims it doesn't
DoJ tried to get a plea deal that would give Hunter broad immunity for other crimes
judge caught it and thats why the plea deal fell apart... for now

Yeah, that doesn't sound good. Doesn't seem to have anything to do wit Joe.
It is known that the family of politicians and law enforcement get preferential treatment often. Which isn't good.

I've wondered why people in Hunter's position - aside from the political connections - haven't challenged the gun/drug laws. It seems so obviously hypocritical for people who like booze and tobacco to tell pot and coke users they sacrifice their 2nd Amendment right. And many of these people claim to support the 2nd Amendment. I suspect the reason the law has stood this long is scared judges or the prosecution reduces or drops the charge if anyone says they will fight it in the courts. People get 10 years for less than what Hunter did. This is just a way for the state to nail people they dont like and look the other way when friends are caught.

So you are OK with Biden saying he would leave Five Eyes, or NATO, if the UK doesn't announce that it is investigating Trump for dealings with the Scotland Golf Resort? You think that is ethical and wouldn't motivate an impeachment?

Keep in mind, the "prosecutor" was probably corrupt and the Ukrainian government and the EU, and the US wanted him gone. He kept dragging his feet on corruption cases that involved pro-Russian figures. Given the clusterfsck that was Ukrainian corruption at the time, he was just one-sided, like how you go after the Democrats while ignoring the Republicans. Also, big corporations always like to hire children of prominent major government figures. But given how Russia turned out after they had Democracy shoved down their throats without any experience, the West despite all it's flaws and historical baggage is probably better.

Mitch said he got dizzy and was focused on stability and not his speech (or something to that effect). He plans on staying in Congress. I think Kentucky has a Dem as Gov if Mitch cant stay and if Diane needs replacing Newsom might have to appoint a black woman to replace her while the war machine backs Schiff.

Feinstein isn't running for re-election, Mitch shouldn't either. Congress should really have an age limit.I am not delusional! Now if you'll excuse me, i'm gonna go dance with the purple wombat who's playing show-tunes in my coffee cup!
