Are we being played by the Medical Industrial Complex?
Fauci commissioned a study with his final approval to exonerate the Wuhan lab which he then cited as evidence the lab wasn't involved. Thats what was done with Iraqi WMD, the Cheney crowd fed "evidence" to the NYT which was then cited by the Cheney crowd as proof of WMD.

Why did they kill the Russian guy who dev'd the Sputnik V vacc? Any good theories who's behind this?
here's the editor-in-chief of the Cochrane Library discussing their findings:
"Many commentators have claimed that a recently updated Cochrane Review shows that 'masks don't work,' which is an inaccurate and misleading interpretation," Soares-Weiser wrote. "It would be accurate to say that the review examined whether interventions to promote mask wearing help to slow the spread of respiratory viruses, and that the results were inconclusive."
The Cochrane study was looking at the effectiveness of mask policies, not masks. Now we can look at the results to get clues but we'd have to know what the policy required and the level of compliance. Wouldn't a study done on hospital settings with high compliance tell us if masks work?
Researchers found cloth masks were associated with a 56% decrease in testing positive for COVID-19, surgical masks by 66% and N95/KN95 masks by 83% compared to those who didn't wear masks or face coverings."
I'm skeptical of the CDC thanks to the govt/media/Pfizer lying constantly and vilifying critics so I need corroboration but if I'm walking around infected coughing and sneezing an N95 mask would catch a lot of it, I dont need Fauci to confirm that. And if an infected person coughs in my face I would hope we're both wearing N95 masks. I might still get Covid but with a lower viral load.
Big Pharma owns our government. Joe Biden is bragging about how the Dems are making drug companies charge less for their products. What he doesn't tell us is Medicare (not all of us) will negotiate (not necessarily lower costs) 10 drugs starting in a couple years. Meanwhile Americans are trying to buy drugs from other countries (that angers big pharma), many travel to Mexico for various medical treatments. New prostate drugs cost ~200-300k a year, these drugs were developed with funding by the tax payers. We pay to develop drugs and the corporations buying politicians sell them back to us at outrageous costs.

Big pharma owns our government? Did you know that the Ukraine war has been very bad for big pharma? Very bad indeed. Maybe our big Pharma that owns our government didn't really somehow create a proxy war between Ukraine and Russia after all...
How has the war been very bad indeed for big pharma? They're part of the Wall St complex of corporations that own the government, others make weapons and they're making billions off it. I imagine big pharma has plenty of stock invested in war profiteering. Big pharma supports this war too.

Every single big pharma stock has been beaten bloody by the post invasion crash. Their supply chains have been traumatized and their taxpayer honey trough now has serious military complex competition for the honey. Guns vs butter. Big pharma is butter not guns.

'The healthcare sector has outperformed the broader market since Russia invaded Ukraine on Feb. 24, though only moderately. The S&P 500 is down 1.2% since the invasion, while the S&P 500 Healthcare index is up 0.8%.'
