Kemp might do a lot of manipulation (no water to people in lines, etc). But I am pretty sure if he loses the vote count, he will accept it. Just like what happened in 2020.
However, in some places (Arizona, I think), the candidates say that they will not accept the count and threaten to change votes for federal elections against the vote count.
It is different. The manipulation is bad. The refusal to accept results and change of votes is worse.
