Local Mexicans have themselves been angry with the filthy migrants. There are trash cans every where yet the filthy creatures just throw trash every where. There was video on local news in Tijuana of police forcing the trash tossing migrants to clean up after themselves after an elderly grandmother complained about how migrants had turned her front yard into a rubbish dump.

Worse is how the migrants prefer open defecation and urination, which outrages people in Tijuana. The city provides lots of portapotties but open defecation is the norm in rural Honduras so the savages just crap and piss every where on streets and sidewalks spreading disease despite portapotties being feet away. Thus why so many locals are outraged by these disgusting barbarians.

They even set up a new indoor holding center for them with bathrooms but the migrants refuse to move there as it is not right next to the border which they intend to keep attacking. The migrants have so befouled the previous camp with feces and garbage despite there being lots of trash cans and portapotties that public health officials said it was a public health disaster waiting to happen. All of the facilities are there but these animals won't use them.

Bring them into the US and we will end up with the same filthy behaviors from these degenerates. No wonder the Mexican people hate them and want them gone.

By "damaged democracy" do you mean eroded confidence in the system or caused harm to how the system works. Citizens United, I think, caused actual damage. It is hard to say that, imho, about Bush v Gore.

I did know some people whose confidence in the system was eroded, but it seemed that both Democrats and Republicans still were pretty confident.

I don't have a partisan agenda except being anti-authoritarian. And to answer your question, it would depend on the tone. And It obviously wouldn't be racist since the US is not a race.

I think you have to read "racism" into this. I do not see this as anything more than a rant about a subset of illegal immigrants who are probably at the bottom of society for whatever reason. Most of this seems to be reporting on conditions that this subset has created. I think any member of a community would rant this way if it happened in their community. Calling out a particular group for this kind of behavior is not racism. This is not directed to any particular race in my opinion but to a category of people ("Illegal immigrants that have no respect for a community") that is a subset of a much larger group. I imagine that Dinner could equally find some illegal immigrants that positively effect the community as well, but people don't tend to rant about them.

Not every negative statement about the effects of illegal immigration is racist...despite what Rachel Maddow would have us all believe.
