Indeed they did. They seemed to have gotten a "joint battalion" of unupgraded T-62 tanks in exchange. To be clear those are tanks designed in the late 1950's and built in the early 1960's. They aren't even T-62m or T-62mv tanks (tanks from the 1960's which got modest partial upgrades in the 1970's to very early 1980's before being retired as obsolete).Originally posted by Dauphin View Post

To paraphrase some Peter Zeihan here... Russia only had 6 million men between 18-30 before the war started in February. 1 million fled to avoid conscription, 70,000 are KIA, easily four times that number are WIA. The longer thos goes on the worst Russia's already second worst demographics in the world gets. A minimum of 300,000 just got conscripted and sent to the front without training or equipment, they will be dead men walking, I say that as a two time war veteran, they don't even have jackets or sleeping bags so how do they survive the Russian winter?Originally posted by PLATO View Post
