For my part I still wish the best for Russians and even for Russia as a state. It pains me to hear of Russian military casualties in this conflict. I do however, fervently want the special operation to fail and view Russia's De-ukrainification efforts as genocide.

Call them how you likee it ... but those Malorussians don 't want to be part of the "glorious" russian empire of Putin.
Neither do they want to be governed by one of Putins lackeys via forged elections.

They want to be a nation that is free to decide its own allies and trade partners and, especially, be governed by a real democratic system,
that means, not one where you held elections russian style, where the outcome already has been decided beforehand.
