They aren't being charged with serious crimes if they just entered the building.
"Jacob Chansley -- more commonly known as Jake Angeli, per prosecutors -- was arrested Saturday in Phoenix on charges of knowingly entering/remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds."

Pelosi Tried to Foment a Military Coup Against Trump

ShareAP Photo/Jacquelyn MartinThose on the left have been accusing President Donald Trump of fomenting an insurrection because of the Capitol protest. But Trump never called for violence or a riot.
But these are the same people who for four years tried to take out and undermined the duly elected president of the United States through a false Russia Collusion hoax story. These are the same people who rioted on Trump’s Inauguration Day, attacking and setting fire to thing in Washington, D.C.(By the way, all those arrested in those attacks were ultimately released without any time for their actions). These are the same people who refused to go to his election, calling him illegitimate. These are the same people who ignored attacks on federal buildings for the last several months because they were perpetrated by those on the left, ignored over 700 law enforcement officers being injured and over 32 people being killed. These are the same people who celebrated the BLM radicals at their Democrat convention. Kamala Harris and 13 Biden staffers even donated and encouraged people to donate to a fund to bail out rioters.
They’ve spent four years fomenting an effort to take Trump out. They are everything they accuse Trump of being. They failed to take him out before. But even with just 11 days left before inauguration, they’re still trying.
The New York Times ran a story today about the actions of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi behind the scenes against the president. Talk about “insurrection,” she was essentially fomenting a coup, and fomenting the military against the president, trying to remove him from the chain of command.
Here’s the way the New York Times reported it:In a phone call to the chairman, Gen. Mark A. Milley, Ms. Pelosi appeared to be seeking to have the Pentagon leadership essentially remove Mr. Trump from his authorities as the commander in chief. That could be accomplished by ignoring the president’s orders or slowing them by questioning whether they were issued legally.
But General Milley appears to have made no commitments. Short of the cabinet invoking the 25th Amendment or removing Mr. Trump through impeachment in the House and conviction in the Senate, it is unconstitutional to defy legal orders from the commander in chief.
Ms. Pelosi’s request, which she announced to the Democratic caucus as an effort to prevent “an unhinged president” from using the nuclear codes, was wrapped in the politics of seeking a second impeachment of Mr. Trump.
More:Mr. Trump, they noted, is still the commander in chief; unless he is removed, the military is bound to follow his lawful orders. While military officials can refuse to carry out orders they view as illegal — or slow the process by sending those orders for careful legal review — they cannot remove the president from the chain of command. That would amount to a military coup, the officials said.
A coup. She’s encouraging that and a violation of the Constitution to consolidate her own effort against the president. This is an abuse of her own power to undermine her political opponent and a violation of the separation of powers. She has no right to interfere in the military chain of command. Yet, guarantee it, there will be no action taken against her and it will all be excused.
Somehow the president is supposedly responsible for what people do at a protest, but Pelosi isn’t responsible for her own actions? But you know that’s how the left will spin it. No, she doesn’t have the right to suggest such things.
Pelosi is of course trying to impeach Trump again, with 11 days left and they were reportedly trying to get him through the 25th Amendment as well.
At what point do you call all that they have tried over the past four years honestly what it really has been – a coup? But this latest actions is brazenly unconstitutional, with this effort with the military.

Pelosi is suggesting a military coup, the very definition of sedition. This is deadly serious. She should be removed from the House, and every conservative should be screaming for it."

"Amazon Boots Parler Off Web Hosting Service

Amazon is booting social media platform Parler off its web hosting service Amazon Web Services (AWS), which will knock the platform offline on Sunday until it can find a new host.
Amazon says that c0ntent on the social media site violates its terms of service, adding that it does not believe Parler has a good strategy for cracking down on speech on its platform, according to an email obtained by BuzzFeed News.
“Recently, we’ve seen a steady increase in this violent content on your website, all of which violates our terms,” said Amazon in its email to Parler. “It’s clear that Parler does not have an effective process to comply with the AWS terms of service.”
“It also seems that Parler is still trying to determine its position on content moderation,” the email added. “You remove some violent content when contacted by us or others, but not always with urgency.”
The email continues as follows:Your CEO recently stated publicly that he doesn’t “feel responsible for any of this, and neither should the platform.” This morning, you shared that you have a plan to more proactively moderate violent content, but plan to do so manually with volunteers. It’s our view that this nascent plan to use volunteers to promptly identify and remove dangerous content will not work in light of the rapidly growing number of violent posts. This is further demonstrated by the fact that you still have not taken down much of the content that we’ve sent you. Given the unfortunate events that transpired this past week in Washington, D.C., there is serious risk that this type of content will further incite violence.
“[W]e cannot provide services to a customer that is unable to effectively identify and remove content that encourages or incites violence against others,” the email added. “Because Parler cannot comply with our terms of service and poses a very real risk to public safety, we plan to suspend Parler’s account effective Sunday, January 10th, at 11:59PM PST.”
Parler is already home to several Republican lawmakers and high-profile figures in conservative media, as well as members of President Donald Trump’s family.
Amazon’s decision to ban Parler from its web hosting service arrives in the wake of Google and Apple banning Parler from their app stores — effectively excluded the app from Android and iPhone smartphones.
Amazon, Google, and Apple’s decision to ban Parler arrive on the heels of Twitter permanently banning President Trump from its platform, as well as Facebook and Instagram locking the president out of his accounts “indefinitely.”
“Sunday (tomorrow) at midnight Amazon will be shutting off all of our servers in an attempt to completely remove free speech from the internet,” said Parler CEO John Matze in a statement. “There is the possibility Parler will be unavailable on the internet for up to a week as we rebuild from scratch. We prepared for events like this by never relying on Amazon’s proprietary infrastructure and building bare metal products.”
“We will try our best to move to a new provider right now as we have many competing for our business, however Amazon, Google and Apple purposefully did this as a coordinated effort knowing our options would be limited and knowing this would inflict the most damage right as President Trump was banned from the tech companies,” continued Matze.
“This was a coordinated attack by the tech giants to kill competition in the market place,” the CEO added. “We were too successful too fast. You can expect the war on competition and free speech to continue, but don’t count us out.”"I drank beer. I like beer. I still like beer. ... Do you like beer Senator?
