Obama bares much of the blame for Co.munist China's current activity as he let Communist China break a 2012 agreement. We are seeing the same weakness out of Biden wrt Whitsun Reef.

Biden has been exceptionally weak on China other than one made for TV talking session in Alaska which was not followed up by any action. It is telling that just days after the election Communist China decided to illegally occupy Mischief Reef, which is officially Phillipines territory, yet Biden has refused to take any meaningful action. Biden is as weak as weak can be and the communists know it.

Hasn't China been occupying Mischief Reef since the Clinton administration?

I apparently mixed up the names of the two reefs. In 2012 Obama negotiated a supposed an agreement between China and all other parties to withdraw from Mischief reef. The CCP agreed and then immediately broke the agreement with no consequences. They are currently doing the same game with Whitsun Reef and they started their illegal occupation of Phillipines terroritory last December with Biden doing nothing of meaning since. The same idiot who worked for Obama in 2012 is now in charge of negotiating a withdrawal between China and the Philippines, again China agreed, the Philippines withdrew, and again China simply broke the agreement and has conti used its occupation.

Now, Biden is refusing to do anything about enforcement and/or consequences so the CCP feels emboldened while American allies feel abandoned.
