Did Trump prove that he won the 2016 election?

You actually think certifying an election proves you didn't cheat?

You forget, after he won in 2016 Trump ordered a committee to investigate voter fraud in Michigan and Wisconsin, two states he won by very narrow margins. The committee never met and quietly disbanded. This time, the two recounts Trump paid for in Wisconsin, found votes for Biden... I wonder what the fraud investigation (which probably would have had to be based on facts and certified in court) would have found? I wonder why Trump was advised to cancel it? Maybe our experts like Sava, Lancer and Kidiot have the answers?

  • "FBI requests group's election fraud data that shows 'hundreds of thousands' of fraudulent ballots

    By Michael Lee
    November 29, 2020 - 2:43 PM

Amistad Project Director Phillip Kline announced that the FBI requested to look into former chief Trump campaign strategist’s Matt Braynard’s data on election fraud.

“After learning that hundreds of thousands of ballots are potentially fraudulent- The FBI has requested to look at our data,” Kline announced on Twitter Sunday.

Kline, the former attorney general of Kansas, now oversees the Thomas More Society’s litigation efforts related to 2020 election fraud.

“The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society retained Matt Braynard and his team after Election Day to develop data analysis to cultivate as evidence to support election integrity lawsuits in the battleground states,” Kline said in an attached statement. “We’ve learned that Mr. Braynard was contacted by FBI Special Agent Young Oh of the FBI Los Angeles Field Office seeking our data. Mr. Braynard is cooperating with this request and we fully support him.”

Kline said the data the FBI requested shows “hundreds of thousands of potentially fraudulent ballots.”

“This data has been used to identify hundreds of thousands of potentially fraudulent ballots in the states where we filed litigation,” Kline said. “More about this data will be made available in Matt Braynard’s appearance before a meeting with legislators in Arizona tomorrow.”

"We have obtained substantial and compelling evidence that unlawful actions by state and local election officials in swing states resulted in the casting and counting of hundreds of thousands of fraudulent ballots and the improper spoiling of tens of thousands of valid ballets. We are pleased to cooperate with any investigative authorities," Kline told the Washington Examiner.

In a statement of his own, Braynard said he is cooperating with the FBI request.

“The @FBI has proactively and directly requested from me the VIP findings that indicate illegal ballots,” Braynard said on Twitter. “By Tuesday, we will have delivered to the agency all of out data, including names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.”

Braynard noted that despite recent criticisms of the agency, he has faith in several FBI employees but would still be keeping the original copies of his data.

“While there has been legit criticism of the action of leaders of the agency over the last several years, I can personally attest to the many patriots within the rank-and-file who are fighting on the side of the Constitution and Law and Order,” Braynard said.

“Note: Everything I pass on to local/state/fed law enforcement, litigants, legislatures, journalists, etc, is always a copy,” Braynard said. “And despite sharing it with individuals from all of those groups, there’s never guarantee of a productive result.”

The development comes as President Trump said the FBI and Department of Justice have been “missing in action” when it
comes to investigating fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

“Where is the DOJ and the FBI in all of this, Mr. President? You have laid out some serious charges here. Shouldn't this be something that the FBI is investigating? Are they?” Fox News’s Maria Bartiromo asked Trump on Sunday during his first interview since Election Day.

“Missing in action. Can't tell you where they are. I ask, 'Are they looking at it?' Everyone says, ‘Yes, they're looking at it,’” Trump responded.

“Where are they with all of this stuff, and what happened to Durham? Where's Durham? So, you're asking me a question. These people have been there a long time, and I know FBI, and FBI is great at the levels that we talked about, but it's inconceivable. You would think if you're in the FBI or Department of Justice, this is the biggest thing you could be looking at. Where are they? I've not seen anything. I mean, they just keep moving along, and they go on to the next president. They've been there for a long time. People don't understand this, they've been there for a long time. Some of them have served a lot of different presidents, and they have their own views. All I can say is I haven't heard, with all of the fraud that's taken place, nobody has come to me and said, ‘Oh, the FBI's nabbed, you know, the people that are doing this thing,’” Trump continued.

“We won the election easily. There's no way Joe Biden got 80 million votes. I just said, there's no way Joe Biden beat Barack Obama in the black communities of various cities, and then he did very badly compared to Obama in other cities throughout the United States. There's no way it happened. This election was a fraud. It was a rigged election.”

The Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society has filed lawsuits challenging the election results in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada, Georgia, and Arizona."

        • "Cruz urges Supreme Court to take up Pennsylvania election challenge

          Tal Axelrod

14 hrs ago© Greg NashCruz urges Supreme Court to take up Pennsylvania election challengeSen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) threw his support behind an effort to get the Supreme Court to hear an appeal of a ruling dismissing a GOP-led challenge of Pennsylvania's mail-in voting system.

Cruz is the first senator to publicly voice support for the appeal, which came after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court shot down a lawsuit protesting the system as a way of overturning the Keystone State's election results, which showed President-elect Joe Biden defeating President Trump.

"This appeal raises serious legal issues, and I believe the Court should hear the case on an expedited basis," Cruz said in a statement.

The lawsuit revolves around the claim that millions of ballots in Pennsylvania should be thrown out. The GOP's argument is that the law allowing voters to cast mail ballots for any reason violates the state constitution's requirements for who is eligible to receive a mail-in ballot.

Pennsylvania's highest court shot down the suit, noting that the complaint challenged a law passed in 2019 and ruling that the "extraordinary" request was filed too late.

The petitioners were blamed for a "complete failure to act with due diligence in commencing their facial constitutional challenge" in the court's ruling.

The petitioners, led by Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.), who brought the original suit, filed an emergency request to the Supreme Court asking it to stop any further certification of the Pennsylvania vote.

The petitioners wrote that without involvement from the Supreme Court, the state "will take further actions to certify the results of the Election, potentially limiting this Court's ability to grant relief in the event of a decision on the merits in Petitioners' favor."

Cruz said the petitioners' case "raises serious legal issues" and urged the high court to "hear the case on an expedited basis."

"The Pennsylvania Constitution requires in-person voting, except in narrow and defined circumstances. Late last year, the Pennsylvania Legislature passed a law that purported to allow universal mail-in voting, notwithstanding the Pennsylvania Constitution's express prohibition," he said. ""This appeal argues that Pennsylvania cannot change the rules in the middle of the game."

"The bitter division and acrimony we see across the nation needs resolution. And I believe the U.S. Supreme Court has a responsibility to the American people to ensure that we are following the law and following the Constitution. Hearing this case-now, on an emergency expedited basis-would be an important step in helping rebuild confidence in the integrity of our democratic system," he added.

Trump and his Republican allies have launched a litany of legal challenges in a handful of swing states to overturn the election results, though they have been unsuccessful in presenting evidence of the kind of widespread fraud they said swung the election."

So now you're suddenly in favor of activist judges? Imagine that!
Fun fact: both the senate and house in PA who passed the 2019 law were majority GOP.
