The funny thing is that Chris Wallace asked Biden, at the debate, if he would promise not to declare victory until the votes are certified, not that Biden said yes and then broke his promise. The media is a joke.

Another Trump lawsuit debunked
Republican President Donald Trump's new federal lawsuit seeking to delay certification of Michigan election results includes an affidavit from a mother who claims her dead son voted. In fact, that’s a case of mistaken identity, according to the Department of State.
LANSING — Republican President Donald Trump's new federal lawsuit seeking to delay certification of Michigan election results includes a false claim that a dead person cast a ballot, according to the Department of State.
But none of the claims from Trump supporters has panned out so far, including internet and social media posts about Michigan voters who are very much alive.
Donna Brydges, one of the voters alleged to be dead, was alive and playing cribbage with her husband in their home near Ludington last week. Another, June Aiken of Napoleon Township, is “alive and well” too — “quite well, in fact,” according to police who check on her. Same goes for William Bradley of Detroit, whose father of the same name died decades ago.
Like many false fraud claims that have spread online in the last week, officials said those accusations were triggered by a series of isolated data input errors by some of Michigan's 1,603 local and county election clerk.
Bradley was confused with his father of the same name. The Qualified Voter File mistakenly listed the 75-year-old Brydges as 119 years old. Aiken's birthday was listed in the Qualified Voter File as 1900 instead of 1926, and an online obituary suggested a woman with the same name had died.
But Napoleon Township police investigated the claim and spoke with Aiken to confirm she is alive, Deputy Police Chief Matt Peters told Bridge. “There's no evidence at this point of any fraud or any intent to defraud the system at all."We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution. - Abraham Lincoln

It really is funny watching the lawyers representing Trump's claims dance on eggshells in court... they know if THEY lie in court, they would lose their practices, be fined, and probably be jailed. So they make 'allegations' before the judges, the judges ask for proof, the lawyers refuse to perjure themselves, and the judge throws out the allegations.
They need Mr. Trump to swear out a statement, and introduce that into the court. I've done that before. Takes under an hour. I bet Trump could make the time for it, if he really thought his claims had any merit.

Exactly Sparky. They take it far enough that they are doing their job but not so far that they'd get fired and disbarred for life.

Looks like Trump has his exit plan and is coming to grips with reality (yeah right) that he has lost. A rival network to trash Fox News.
This should stroke his ego, while providing him another source of income, to let him do what he does best - talk about himself.
His series of upcoming superspreader events will start promoting the new network

The downside to this is now he has a direct outlet for his disinformation BS.We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution. - Abraham Lincoln

Trump is hoping to invalidate enough votes to win, as I said three pages ago this is possible but highly unlikely, now he is mostly just fund raising hoping to pay off campaign debt. When the court appeals run out and the electoral college meets then he will admit defeat. As of now, this mostly seems to be about fund raising to pay off campaign debt. BTW it is similar to what Gore did in 2000 so stop worrying and let the system work. It will all be over in 30 days.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.

The courts have been holding up so far but with this clown you have to stay diligent. I would rather be paranoid and overreact and nothing happen than to stand back and just let him walk all over the system.
-
At the end of the day not a single state has certified their results as of yet. This will happen but until then he can file petitions claiming what ever he wishes. The courts are equally free to declare them invalid. After the electoral college is named with its electors then play time is over.
