It's not exactly untrue. They conned him to allow them to interrogate him without a lawyer present. Then they scared him into recanting. This is how they work. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard Rand Paul say and he's said alot of really stupid things. It's extremely difficult to commit fraud with the ballots. There's stages in the process where there's a Republican and a Democrat sitting side by side like Paul and Stevie at the piano at a station where BOTH of them have to certify the ballot before it gets counted. This is just stupid talk period.
