    But in the Tweet Comey actually didn't make any Statement about whether or not the FBI placed an Informant on the Trump campaign.

    Comey says that the use of informants by the FBI is tightly regulated.

    No words on whether the FBI actually placed an informant into the Trumpü campaign ... he just says that the FBI cannot, at a whim, place an informant anywhere (but rather has to follow strict guidelines (and/or get lots of permissions for it))

      Wrong. He is just lying, trying to say placing an informant was some how justifiable. Outrageous. No way is that acceptable, nor does it appear acceptable. This is not going to work. They are all just proving how horrible they are. All this kool aid you all are all drinking is not going to matter to the judge.

        Fortunately it can be assumed that the KoolAid that Trump serves his cabal of conspiracy theorists also won't matter to the judges

              When political operatives are breaking the law then, of course, law enforcement investigates. That is what the Federal Bureau of INVESTIGATIONS is supposed to do.

              Trump is just lying and attacking law enforcement for doing its job exactly as the law requires.

                        Because Congress is hopelessly partisan and dysfunctional with most members more concerned about winning and making liberals cry than actually doing their jobs and protecting the nation from foreign meddling.

                          Their job is oversight of the FBI. They are responsible for investigating the FBI. They have a right to any information they request. The FBI has no right to lie or mislead Congress.

                            The fact remains, the FBI is part of the executive branch of the US government. That's all I stated, and it is a true fact.
