2) The Eastern Prussia (Kaliningrad oblast) became a part of USSR due to results of WW2, which you have started, but lost. That is absolutely normal, when you lose war you have started - you have to pay for that with territories. That is called peace terms. You have capitulated and signed the treaty.
3) Kaliningrad is just a tiny, absolutely TINY (even unthinkable, incomparable price) for what you Nazis have done to Russia, when you have invaded us.
