    Russia is forecasting a dramatic decrease in the number of working-age citizens over the coming years, a fall that could stymie a return to growth after a deep two-year recession.


    Instead of building new toys for a military that doesn't even have enough men, spend more on health services and the drug epidemic that makes the opioid epidemic pale in comparison.
