You get it wrong - you have to collect evidence that someone had done something criminal before you can put them in a trial. There has not been found evidence that she has done anything that would result in a trial. A cellphone whose number he, btw. gave away to lots of other heads of state ... so their talks can easily be eavesdropped by any organization with the necessary hacking skills (be it the secret services of Russia, North Korea, China and whatever)
