As the free market is all about profit and not about being social and nice, certain groups of the population will be left out in the rain.
For example elder people or people who already have a history of medical preconditions (likeformer cancer patiens, diabetics, people with disabilities and so on).
Even if those people will get offered insurance polices (and therefore nominally "have access to health insurance" according to Trump), the provisions they have to pay will most probably so high, that they cannot afford them, unless they earn a lot of money.
And that's what already has beeen criticised from other sides a well, i.e.that the only people who profit from Trumpcare are those below 30, with no medical precindition and who at last are in the middle (or higher) income group
