The judge in Hawaii made a ruling that the president really can't control the borders at all. He can't even keep known terrorists out of the country.

He seems content with allowing this to harm the country instead of refusing to enforce the ruling to protect the country. But how much will that affect the opinion that the voters have of judges, especially liberal judges?
